1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Gig Transactions: Refunds are only applicable if the freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon gig or service. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the client's wallet on MikroGigs for future use.

    •        
    • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for advertisements, subscriptions, pro packages, and other premium features are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

    • Clients must initiate a refund request within 7 days of the expected gig delivery date by contacting our support team with relevant details and evidence.

    •        
    • Our team will investigate the claim and communicate with both parties to reach a resolution within 10 business days.

    •        
    • If the claim is validated, the refund will be credited to the client’s MikroGigs wallet.

3. Non-Refundable Payments


   

The following transactions are non-refundable under any circumstances:


   
    •        
    • Payments for advertisements.

    •        
    • Subscription fees for pro packages or premium features.

    •        
    • Wallet funding transactions.

4. Disputes and Resolution


   

In cases of disputes between clients and freelancers, MikroGigs reserves the right to mediate and make a final decision based on evidence provided by both parties. The decision made by MikroGigs will be final and binding.

MikroGigs may update this refund policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
